Preparing a paid order

After payment is authorized, the usual preparation window before carrier collection is 1–2 business days.

Estimated travel after shipment

Carrier transit is ordinarily estimated at 4–6 business days from dispatch. Available services and their prices appear during checkout. Public holidays, severe conditions, carrier congestion, remote delivery points or address mistakes can add time.

Order updates and parcel help
