Returns and exchanges considered

The store accepts qualifying defective and non-defective new-product returns and exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. A non-defective return must be new, unused and in original condition.

Information for the request

Before mailing the product, contact ifeqeyoke00@gmail.com with the order reference, purchase email, reason, preferred outcome and useful images or video when applicable. Retain the item and packaging during review.

Mail only after approval

Follow the exact address and instructions supplied after approval. An eligible return uses the free prepaid label included in the package; ask for assistance if the label is absent. There is no restocking fee. Exchange fulfillment is subject to inventory.

Approved refund timing

Within 10 days after approval, the store processes and initiates repayment to the original payment method. The payment provider may require further time before the credit appears.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the store to exclude.
